Bostwick, Representative of the 17th District, a new member, Attendance record is Board-perfect, earnest and conscientious, well above the average in capacity." Elsewhere they wrote: "An Attorney of ability. He was always active in movements for civic betterment in New York City. He should prove valuable on the Board of Aldermen." |
